We have a braemar tm100i microstar furnace and a ducted underfloor heating system. it's somewhere between 12 and 15 years old. it was a great heating system when it worked. a renovation years ago... We have a braemar tm100i microstar furnace and a ducted underfloor heating system. it's somewhere between 12 and 15 years old. it was a great heating system when it worked. a renovation years ago blocked the intake duct and the heater began to work sluggishly. it now seems to work, in that it turns on when you toggle the power, but it switches off. i don't think there is a lot wrong. we have tried to find braemar specialists but now would prefer to work with a good general tradesperson. the intake duct needs to be repositioned. there are some good candidate positions. there may be some adjustment or replacement part required for the furnace. access is good. i have photographs of the furnace if required. here are the technical details of the furnace: braemar model: tm100i microstar serial: m9705029 gas type: n.g gas pressure: 0.875 kpa inject: 3.0 mm nom capacity: 40 mj/hr air flow: 130 - 230 l/s recommended temp rise: 30 degrees c recommended cabinet static pressure 75 pa volts: 240 amps: 1.7 watts: 400

We would like to build 2 new double storey brick veneer townhouses side by side approx 27 squares each including garage. these are primary residents and must be perfect. plans and engineering have been obtained, subdivision is currently being processed, services are being split and connected now. previous house is also now being removed, there will be a vacant block. builder will be able to start work straight away. there is little retainer work included. very clear specifications available. timeframe will need to be as accurate as possible as alternate living arrangements must be arranged. builder must be able to show us previous work and will be asked for accreditation. a folio with all relevant experience/education and previous works would be desirable.
