Property Manager requires quotes for replacement of the current retaining wall. The tenants have advised that the bottom sleeper to the retaining wall at the back right hand side of the property... The tenants have advised that the bottom sleeper to the retaining wall at the back right hand side of the property is rotting. The retaining wall next to the laundry area has a lean on it and bottom sleepers are also rotting away. Will require quote for entire replacement and any further suggestions with the repairs to the retainging wall such as a layer of bricks instead of sleepers to stop the wood from rotting???
