I have approved brisbane city council plans for renovations and extensions. the approval also highlights things such as development permits, license surveyor in accordance with architect development assessment, erosin & sediment central (esc) for management plan on site, basically i think this is standard practice of what is required when plans are approved. nature of job: renovating front verandah, changing current living/dining room to an addtional bedroom with walk in ward drove and ensuite, internal stairs, and adding a living/dining area and deck/sunroom at the back. also to replace the current boards of the house with wider boards and then utilise current boards for renovations inside such as front veranadah. a slab downstairs will be replaced which includes termite prevention. back stairs will be removed and replace in different location. some plumbing and electrical work will also need to be done. i am happy to wait for the right builder if the costs are less compared to getting a builder in a hurry where the price would be more expensive etc i am assuming that "timeframe of request" means timeframe when someone will contact me. i understand that this work would not be completed within two weeks etc.
