Large 4 to 5 bedroom house on slopping block. the house is run down but the brick structure is sound. this project is a complete make over of a tired 70's constructed home. there are two balconies that run the whole length of the house are severely weather and termite damaged. there is minor termite damage in other parts of the house. the top balcony commands district views and i would like to exploit this feature of the house. the top half of the home (living and kitchen) is the main focus of the remodelling. including the moving of the kitchen and opening up the living/lounge room to create a flow through environment that allows access along the full length of the deck. construction of a 2nd garage and patio/deck at the front. downstairs involves general refurbishment of the bedrooms with complete renovation of 2 bathrooms. the deck is in need of replacement and i have an idea of wrapping the deck/balcony around to a 5th bedroom/rumpus room. i have clear ideas of the desired home on completion but i am looking for a designer builder to take the project from design to construction
