I had the Dept. of fair trading look into the possibility that the shower water proofing membranes had failed(our building was under 7 years old) I was told that the issue is most probably caused by seal problems around the taps in both rooms. Also need the shower wastes in both rooms re set as they have begun to sink in. So I am looking to have some one come and have a look at the issues and recommend solutions and quote on repair. The quote would need to be done in the next 2-3 weeks so that the work can be booked in to be done between 7-18th July.
