Supply of a gas connect to a new kitchen stove (existing gas line beneath kitchen); 2. Relocation (2-3m) of existing bathroom connections to new bathroom including shower and vanity; and 3. Relocation of existing toilet from rear of house to new bathroom (approximately 8m) All fixtures and fittings will be supplied.
