There is very good access underneath the house which is on concrete stumps as it is on an elevated block and you can stand up at the manhole entrance.

Existing 65mm floorboards had been originally stained and polished probably since originally built in 1974. Bedroom floors which were carpeted appear to just require polishing up and new top coat due to some bubbling of existing lacquer.
