The naturestrip has no footpath and no kerb. Because there is no kerb, the driveway will need to be in 2 parts to allow for water drainage in a small bluestone gully. The first part will go from the property line to the edge of the bluestone drain/gully. The second part will need to integrate with the road and be about 3000 wide by 1000 long. Based on the neighbors crossover, the gap between the two pieces needs to be ~300mm wide and ~300mm deep. I will also need a piece of steel to cover the gap. I can email photos & drawings if you like. I can also dig out the dirt for framing.
