Our single story house has a flat tin section which doesn't properly join to the rest of the tiled roof, and when there is heavy rain it leaks into the ceiling. We would like for the leaking... We would like for the leaking area to be sought out and sealed so we can be comfortable knowing no water will get inside and further damage our ceiling. Our gutters also don't have sufficient downpiping and overflow when there is heavy rain, not sure whether this could be done by the same person or not.
