Replace Bathroom Mirror (Mould) - mouldy edges, if bathroom mirror can be cut/trimmed off mouldy areas would minimise work required 4. Investigate Bathroom Exhaust System - motor switches on however does not appear to have any suction. Initial observation is loss of suction due to broken or improper connection of exhaust duct from bathroom to motor. Challenge is location and placement of motor and duct is in a very narrow and constraint space therefore may require cutting of ceiling plaster to access hard to reach areas. I will be able to supply photos to help a more accurate estimate.
