Mowing the lawns are not required. The property in total in less than a quarter acre and has a small creek running through it. Happy to send photos if this helps. Initially, the jobs will be based on a quote and fixed cost basis until the property can be maintained. From there a monthly rate can be agreed. All small projects quoted that are outside regular maintenance will be quoted on a fixed cost basis. You'll need heavy duty tools to be efficient.
