Actually it is 3 jobs regarding the ceiling. The ceiling of the garage (Plaster Board) is coming down (this is not a water damaged). The plaster board is getting bumpy and funny shapes and also... Actually it is 3 jobs regarding the ceiling. The ceiling of the garage (Plaster Board) is coming down (this is not a water damaged). The plaster board is getting bumpy and funny shapes and also holes appearing from place to place. it looks like the plaster boards are coming down from its nails. Someone said hot air built in the ceiling can cause this sort of situation for a long period of time. Second issue is one of the bed rooms ceiling got wet due to the roof leaking. That portion of the ceiling needs to be fixed properly but not temporary patches. The third issue (last issue) is in kitchen and living area at some corners of the ceiling it has started to crack. this has been going on slowly for nearly two years or more. It needs to be fixed as to cover the cracks and stop the cracking any more. Please note: I need proper qualified people who does the job patiently and carefully. I don't like anyone doing the job in rush just to get money. It needs to be fixed properly.

When the black plastic lid of the storm water pipe kept open water comes out of it, all the water is in the garden. But if the lid is kept closed it floods the drainage behind the garage door area. The Hume city council confirmed the concrete pit on the nature strip is not blocked. My neighbors don't have this problem.
