Looking for someone who is willing to fix and repaint the ceiling paint, approx 60sqm worth. Not sure if sanding is required but I have attached photos so you can see what I mean by the patchiness. I have also attached the floorplan so you get an idea of the kitchen, meals and living areas. They are all connected in the one big space.
