It is on the first floor (not the ground) but there is currently scaffolding in place so is safe to do ( we are having the houses reclad). We are thinking it would best be capped with metal sheeting as is the top of the dividing wall. The work needs to be done BEFORE next Thursday 2/2/17 before the scaffolding is removed. Instead, we hear a 'click' sound come from the motor, it doesn't start up at all, and the E1 message appears.
