Additionally, we want to slightly increase the size of the deck and change our current side and rear doors to bifolds. The rear door will require and expansion of the opening and likely some additional support above the door. We have plans drawn, however have not yet submitted to council for the work. We are ready to start whenever and have a clear idea of the specifics of what we want, but open to ideas from builders who have them. It is likely that the deck itself will need replacing, however there maybe parts that could be retained. Note we are on a sloping block, and so the deck varies from about 50cm off the ground to 3m. We have a bushfire assessment already and are rated BAL 12.5.
