I have no idea what it costs to sand and polish floorboards so don't take too much notice of my estimated budget - it may be my hopeful budget.

This is a small kitchen in a unit and it needs updating. The cabinets are very solidly built so it would be a shame not to keep them but we would like to try and add one of those new roller...
