We want to able to choose a color in polyurethane finish that matches with the other kitchen cabinets. We would require waterproofing to a balcony (approx 60m2) and waterproofing to other wet areas. Ensuite downstairs will have fully enclosed shower cabinet, but ensuite and bathroom upstairs are planned to have flush tiled shower bases, with plans for same in the framing schedule. I have full plans and engineering documents with building permit to be sought prior to demo. Plans attached to this job.
