This doesn't seemed to have fixed the issue and looks as if it has been leaking for some time. Flooring feels unstable just outside the bathroom door and the floor tiles near the shower have just cracked or bowed indicating the flooring underneath may be rotten. Could just get the shower fully resealed but there may be structural issues that really need to be looked into. I have no idea if this is a one company job or if perhaps we need a few trades to repair. Unit is approx. 35 years old but is in fairly good condition otherwise.
