Previously I thought it was the gutters overflowing, but we have the gutters cleaned and gutter guard installed and I am certain that rainwater is draining sufficiently. Some time ago we had a plumber come in and check the roof, he said he couldn't find a leak but I would like a second opinion. We've had a few people have a look but we still have the same problem, would really like someone to have a look and fix the issue for good.
