I would prefer to have the washing machine back inside the house, and there is space in the bathroom for this. The bathroom is located on the first floor of the property. The space in which the washing machine would go is against an external wall. I understand that without seeing the space it is hard to quote, however I would need a hot and cold tap installed, along with a grey water drain pip installed. I am after some ball park prices to see if this project is viable. Exact quotes are not expected. In addition, I would need a price for the disconnection of a bathroom sink, and then installation of a new sink and taps after the cabinet work is replaced. Looking for the work to be done in September.
