Unfortunately we will not know until we begin the job whether there are floorboards under the 20sq m of cork tiles. If there are floorboards that can be polished under the cork then great, I will need the cork tiles removed. If however there are no floorboards under the cork tiles then we will need to leave them as is and only remove the 140 sq metres carpet form the house. So please can you give 2 quotes, one for carpet strip up and removal from the property an additional quote for the cork tiles strip out as you may just be doing the carpet on the day if there are no floorboards under the cork.
