Information on the problem: My gas oven (Chef model number GGC641WNG) no longer ignites the gas. It uses hot surface ignition system and the igniter is glowing (Orange/yellow) but fails to trigger the gas supply to heat the oven. The stove top still works fine and a part from the oven not heating the unit works perfectly. I believe the problem lies with the igniter (however I am not the expert!)
