I currently have a Rainbank water switch which is disconnected from the water tank, but still acts as a join between the mains pipe and feed into the house. The mains pipe and the feed back into the house are copper pipes about 30cm apart. I want to have them joined directly, bypassing the water switch, and have the existing tap attached to the join. So this job is simply cutting two pipes, joining the 30cm of copper piping and installing an existing tap back onto the join. I am in no rush to get this done and will work around a time that suits you to get the best possible price.

Water is getting inside the house from the roof, yet there are no obvious ingress points for the water. The ceiling and walls look fine with no dribbles of water, yet the carpet inside the house... I believe a panel or two of the steel sheeting on the roof may need to be lifted, in order to see exactly where or how the water is getting in. I have examined the roof and see no obvious cracked tiles or water entry points. Yet water is getting in somewhere, as evidenced by the wet carpets inside. I do not regard this a straight forward or simple job, so need someone who is competent and is familiar with plumbing and roofing. No inexperienced people need apply, thank you.

It is very hard to get the right temperature of hot water when taking a shower. When turn on the hot water , we probably waste about 3/4 bucket of water then the hot water will start to come, then...
