We are looking for a company to provide regular property maintenance for a complex of 20 units at Yeronga, QLD. We would like the following services once a month: * Lawn mowing approx 10sqm * Leaf blowing driveway, carpark and walkway approx 500sqm With the following services as needed on each visit: * Removal of any spider webs and wasp nests * Tidying of gardens (removal of dead leaves, large weeds, etc.) * Scrubbing/removal of mould build up on any walls or surfaces * Replacement of failed light bulbs in common area lighting only * Advice of any other maintenance issues that may need doing * Other handyman services as needed (e.g. hammering loose fence palings back in) Green waste from the above services can be disposed of in on-site industrial bins (or on the garden for lawn clippings.) We'd also like someone who can on occasion (perhaps annually) perform these services: * Rubbish removal of large items dumped near bins or in the carpark (typically old furniture) * Pressure cleaning of driveway and carpark (approx 350sqm) We would like the arrangement to work whereby we pay a nominal monthly fee for the regular services, then pay extra for the additional services (e.g. rubbish removal and pressure cleaning) as needed. Ideally we'd like someone we can communicate with via e-mail so the body corp committee can be kept informed of what is happening. We have terminated our agreement with our current maintenance company due to poor performance (they haven't done any leaf blowing since 2014, the place looks a mess) so we're keen to take someone on board immediately. We are happy to pay for the first lot of annual services right now, as there is rubbish that needs removal, the driveway needs pressure cleaning to remove mould, and there is mould on external walls that could do with cleaning also.
