I would prefer quotes by email first as it's hard for me to answer my phone during the day. Note: From memory there isn't a grounded wire in this light fitting and unable to put one in (cement ceiling). One of the red or black wires broke, and a friend hooked the existing grounded wire up so the light would work (well I think that's what happened!!). I'm not sure if that's the correct information to be giving you - but thought I would call it out in case if affects anything.

The area of the block is ~650 m2 - probably only 30% built - elevation range~6m. I don't know where the nearest control is. I'm keen to be economical so if you need an assistant to hold the staff/prism I can do that.
