We tried to get the company that did the work to come and fix it but they always struggled to get back to use and then went out of business. At the back of the house, we had a deck and laserlite roof put in but I only noticed much later that the tiles are very poorly put back into to place. I’m concerned that the flashing is also a problem as the evaporative cooler often leaks (next thing on the to do leak) and if we happen to leave the water running, we notice that some of it seeps inside the back wall of the house. I'll attach a photo of the dodgy tiles.

I’m after a low wire woven fence for the front of the property (I’ll take your advice but we only want it around 800mm or so with a rather large plinth - as the garden bed is a bit higher than the footpath). Fence 1 The front of the property is 10m across and there is a laneway to the side. The wire woven fence should go 3m down the laneway. We would also like a gate at one end of this fence. Fence 2 The standard fence down the laneway also needs to be replaced that runs down the side of the house (it is approximately 10m long). I would like a quote for a colourbond fence to replace the existing timber fence. This fence also needs to go out just about 800mm from the side of the house to the fence. At the end of the laneway there is a temporary timber fence with a gate. This is an easement and, as such, it is more appropriate to have a gate covering the whole width of the laneway. We only ever walk or take bikes through there so I would be keen to have a 1m or so gate for everyday use and the remainder to be a 2m gate just in case access is ever required. This should be colourbond as well. The gate should have a lock that is accessible from either side. We are happy for the height to be similar to current (about 5' or so) but am happy to alter this based on whatever standard sizing may make the job more economical. Fence 3 (or gate) On the other side of the house (south side) there is a gate but the fence post against the house rotted out. I would like a new fence post put in and a colourbond gate matching the materials used on the other side. This gate can have a padlock rather than a lock that is accessible both sides. The quote should include removal of all old fencing and use of a colour similar to the grey colouring that is used on the house roof and trim.
