The ceiling of the garage is insulated ceiling panels which is the final ceiling finish (no trusses, not a flat roof line, no timber framing). The roof/ceiling is skillion so higher on one side than the other, so the bracket on one side will have to be longer than the other.I am on Russell Island. If you need your vehicle I can book it over and back on the barge which leaves from Banana St, Redland Bay (1 hour each way on barge). If you don't need your vehicle there is a walk on passenger ferry that leaves every 30 minutes and takes 25 minutes to get here and I can pick you up.

In the US / Canada / UK / there are official installers, but as Nest don’t have an Australian presence (yet) I’m looking elsewhere.
