Kensington - The door works well and has a key lock, like a regular door. However, the steel post that it closes onto is too low. I have tried moving it up using washers and drilling new holes, but it's now at the upper end of the steel post and I suspect the best way to repair is to grind part of the post away so it can be moved up even more. Ascot Vale - Similar to the above, the latch is not aligned to the door. This is just a standard wooden driveway entrance with a steel frame. The latch has been bashed in so I have a new one to replace it. I just need someone to grind/cut away the old one (which had been welded on) and replace it with the new one (which can just be screwed in if it's easier.

Currently the entire area has a deep layer of crushed rock/dust (the area is flat and has already been prepared for fake grass). The measurements of the area is 3 metres x 19 metres. I am after a fake grass golf putting green (including 3 or 4 holes) for the length of the side yard with two curved garden beds on either side of it. I will supply the fake grass myself. For the garden beds I would require it to be dug out to a depth of 30cm (with 3 deeper holes for planting trees) and the crushed rock to be disposed of and new soil added so that I may plant trees/shrubs myself later on. I will supply the mulch to be placed on top of the soil. Looking for someone experienced in installing putting green fake grass and can complete the job before 20th Dec. We are on a tight budget, much of the work has been done and we are supplying most of the stuff so competitive quotes only please, expecting no more than a few hundred dollars.
