I have measured the bathroom and it is: 173 cm wide x 228 cm long x 244 cm high (we have internal beams - is 224 cm from floor to beam but probably not important) It has the bath and shower... We are using this main bathroom because there is no exhaust fan in the en-suite either mold has become a problem in that bathroom too but instead of putting an exhaust fan into the en-suite we are proposing that we renovate the en-suite instead which might mean that the location of the exhaust fan would be different to where the shower currently is. Happy to have some advice about the en-suite however when you do the works on our main bathroom. We don't have long showers - probably 5 mins tops. We have a flat tin roof (ie about 10cm thick) so will require the installation to include a protrusion through the roof and I imagine a 'hat' thing (I think you will know what I'm talking about). There is currently a vent above the shower in the main bathroom above the shower. It would be best if the exhaust fan could be installed into it's location. The hole that the vent is in: 28 cm x 27.7 cm. And we have masonry brick walls. The room is white/pink/cream/fawn colours so if you were to choose a colour choose cream (preferable) or white, (but don't choose grey or black).
