I am looking to restore the Tasmanian Oak floorboards in my lounge. The previous owner has cut a hole 2m by 0.5m in the middle of the room to get access underneath and when replacing the boards... The previous owner has cut a hole 2m by 0.5m in the middle of the room to get access underneath and when replacing the boards has not done a good job, there are gaps up to 1cm around where the floorboards have been replaced. I will need 2nd hand Tasmanian Oak boards installed to repair or replace the existing ones around this hole.

I have a gas log fire to be installed. There was an existing Gas Log Fire to be replaced, although it was a wall flue. New one is a ceiling flue and will go direct up through the single story... Pictures show location in ensuite, and external waste pipes (For the outside photo. Location is on the right near the dark green waste pipe from the sink. The existing toilet waste is on the left). I also have a shower with a cast iron 2 and a 1/4" screw in type drain that is not centered. Open to ideas, but can go with a tiled base and grate or a custom showerbase. I can organise either and need a plumber to fit the drain. Looking to do ASAP please.
