It currently blows out normal air only, NO heating nor Cooling at all. I had a technician from Service Seeking came to fix it. He did re-gas with 2.5kg R410a Refrigerant and fixed the leak on service valve according to the provided invoice. Three months later it did not work when we tried to use heating in winter months. I had someone else tested it and was informed that it was very low of gas. The previous technician from Service Seeking could not return to rectify under service warranty. However, I found out that he did not have a licence as plumber so more complications with VBA and VCAT. Anyway, I would like this to be fixed asap preferable if anyone can come out this afternoon pleaseeeeeee or tomorrow. This afternoon I am avail. from 3:40pm onwards. Now my questions are just to avoid sour experience from last time (1). You must present/show me that you are a licenced plumber (2). Will you provide me a copy with Compliance Certificate? (3). The warranty term of your service (how long will you cover?) I appreciate if you can provide me a reasonable quote.
