No electrical work is required, as the unit plugs in to a wall socket. If it makes it better for the contractor to have several tasks to carry out in the one location, I will also possibly require other separate jobs done that May interest the contractor - attaching plinth/base boards to house, and applying acrylic fill to gaps in house exterior to seal ready for painting.
