Part of the wall has fallen over, parts are leaning. There is a palm tree on the edge of the wall, this can be removed or stay, whatever you find easiest (its going to be removed later anyways). There is also a water pipe supply to the house coming through the wall in the centre at ground level, so some care needs to be taken when digging out around this. Easy side access from the house if you need machinery in.
