It seems that tree roots from a large peppercorn tree or other movement has caused the pipes to have some cracks as the pumps no longer prime properly and a lot of water is draining from the pool. We need some leak detection to be done so we can find out where the damage is and minimise the breaking up and digging up of the paving and consequent cost of restoring this.
