We are currently renovating our rental property and trying to update the kitchen without actually replacing it. Currently, the kitchen cabinets are finished with old, 1970s fake-wood patterned... Currently, the kitchen cabinets are finished with old, 1970s fake-wood patterned laminate. We would like to paint over the fronts of the cabinets in a neutral off-white colour (or a colour you suggest). Some of the laminate is frayed at the bottom of the shelves/doors, and this will need to be sanded down or otherwise prepared for painting over. To do this job, you will need to: 1. Select and acquire the tools and paint/primer. You will need to pick a color and send us a photo of it to confirm. 2. Get the keys to the property from the real estate agent in Campbelltown. 3. Lay down tarp or other protection for the flooring. 4. Complete the painting job and tidy any mess made. 5. Return the keys to the real estate agent. We would like this job done as soon as possible within the next 7-10 days (i.e. before 28 March).
