Assuming choose to go timber option, outer timber frame to use 90mmx35mm timber Note windows need to be primed and external need to be painted/finished with 2-3 top coats in specific colour to meet Body Corporate requirements (colour to be specified by owner) Happy to provide photos and sketches of required look and other requirements Also happy to consider both timber and aluminium options subject to advice and costs Option 1: kiln dried or other equivalent hard wearing hardwood or Option 2: aluminium Glazing options/choices to be decided by owner but please include the following options in quote: Option 1: 6.38mm clear laminated safety glass Option 2: 4mm/8/4mm clear toughened double glazing.
