The scope of work I need is as follows: I will myself remove the 4 trees in the backyard (1 large English oak, 2 Pittosporum and 1 Callistemon). You don’t need to remove those trees. Everything else needs to go including all remaining vegetation on site. I need a level dirt patch after the job is done. I also need your machines to remove as much of the bamboo root system (left, right and rear of property) as possible without damaging the fences. I’ll need temp fencing to be organised by you. I need the plumbing work done through you too, as specified below: The Sewer Service will be capped at the tie point, and line removed from house. The Storm Water Service will be capped at the entry point to the property (LPOD), and remove line from house.
