This job is to involve the Surveyor, on our behalf, to do what is required to obtain a Certified Plan of Subdivision, a Statement of Compliance, and subsequent lodgement at Land Victoria. The surveyor will also provide advice that we might need to include in builder specifications regarding the provision of services to the secondary dwelling where it is intended to become an independent dwelling on it's own title.
