We are currently looking to build under our house. While the house is legal house to build under, it is next to a tidal creek. The floodwise report puts the level of the land at varying heights but requires a minimum habitable floor level of 3m. I want to confirm the current land level and the height of the house to determine if and by how much I would need to raise the exsisting structure and if this would mean going over an 8.5m structure height
