We have an existing back landing and stairs. We would like the deck to replace this back landing and extend off the back of the house (while still keeping stairs back there). The back yard slopes up slightly away from the house, so the deck height where it joins the house would be approx 2.1m, down to about 1.2m at it's furtherest point from the house. We are considering full ceiling for the roof with fans and lights but would like to know the cost difference between that and simple iron roofing.
