Remove and dispose of existing concrete slabs that make up existing entertaining area.
Excavate some soil to make entertaining area square. Area is approximately 10m x 8m. Excess soil can be used on site to fill a in-ground trampoline area and level off a sunken pool area.
Supply and build new treated pine retraining wall that will join from the rear of an existing garage to an existing retaining wall. Retaining wall to be clad with 90mm spotted gum decking and is to incorporate a set of decking steps up to back yard and two decking seats against the wall.
Supply and install an aggregate concrete/paving for the entertaining area. New concrete will need to include a strip drain away from house and is to be plumbed into existing stormwater drain.
There is limited excavator access to backyard - approximately 1 meter wide doorway.
