Approximately 4.5m x 3.5 m backyard requiring paving. Currently just filled with dirt. Retaining wall required as land is slopped down to back alley way where there is a roller door, so need to level out the backyard before pavers can be layed. In addition, need to work around a sewerage access point and breather. Once side of the fence is colorbond, the other is treated pine.
