Nature Strip needs all weeds to be taken out and leveled. Possibly require soil to fill ditch. Would like topped with scoria or small pebbles that don't move to avoid mess. Front garden needs weeds taken out, lay weed plastic to prevent more weeds and level with bark. Plant a nice tree in the middle of the pebbled area. All this kept to a minimum of fuss, hassle free front yard as it is a rental property.
