1. Clear approx 5x5.5m courtyard including removal of 3 x palm trees, removal of 1x1m concrete slab, railway sleepers (used as garden bed retainers) and old hot water system (disconnected already)
2. Remove existing pavers
3. Dig courtyard approx 2 inches deeper than current level
4. Pave using bluestone pavers (we will purchase beforehand)
