Complete Small Townhouse Landscaping Project

We are looking for a landscaper, with both significant horticultural (soil and planting) expertise and an eye for design, to review and provide the following services;-
• Review our proposed brief (attached), specifically with regards to design, plantings and soil/ground preparation.
• Preparation of ground, especially garden beds, for planting
• Supply and planting of all trees/shrubs and installation of mulch
• Supply and installation of sensor driven (or timed) under surface watering system
• Supply, preparation and laying of paved areas
• Supply, preparation and installation of synthetic turf
• Clean up
The garden beds, soil and appropriate mature tree/shrub plantings are our key priorities in this project due to the poor state of the soil on the site.
A draft project brief, including design map, is attached to this service request.
We are asking that this project be completed by Friday, 21st of February 2014.
This is a relatively minor project and we look forward to discussing with landscapers who feel they can delivery successfully on the above and attached requirements.
