Courtyard Perimeter Benchs/Boxes (Decking)

We have a small courtyard in St Kilda East, Approx 4 x 11M. We want to build a series of merbeu/spotted gum timber bench/storage boxes around the majority of the perimeter of the courtyard. In each corner and between the boxes we would also like planter boxes built in the same design. Below is a link to what I have in mind -

We will be looking to either build storage boxes or just the benches themselves as this will modify the cost of the build especially if the boxes are waterproof or just open. I have attached a plan of what I am describing above. It's still a work in progress but we would like to act asap.
