I need a low deck constructed on same footprint as existing pergola (3mx10m). Would like quote based on treated pine and hardwood.
There is an existing concrete slab where deck is to be constructed. It's relatively thin with no reo (recently ripped up the driveway which looks like it was laid at the same time). Open to your advice as to whether it is more cost effective to remove slab in full, or whether post holes could be cored through the concrete.
There is an existing covered steel pergola over the top of the area, 3m x 10m, however the posts have been bolted straight onto the uneven/unstable slab. I need honest advice on whether it is worthwhile resetting posts into new concrete, or whether to pull it down and start from scratch.
Need a comprehensive quote detailing all work, including extra costs depending on variables.
