This is a newly built townhouse that requires a rear outdoor entertainment area. Merbau decking 8m x 3m adjacent to the building, with a pergola of the same size above the deck. The pergola will be as high as possible to allow as much natural light and wind to pass through as it is a narrow yard and will have a clear roof.
Adjacent to the deck we require a paved area measuring 6.4m by 3m approximately with a raised garden bed bordering 2 sides (along the fence).
