i have a blank canvas to work with. there has been minimal work done since original build. there needs to be a deck constructed, possibly split level, paving to a concreted area, a retaining wall down one side of the house about 2m high and 10m long, lowers with the land, then a leveling of the back yard to include a kids play area, possible concreting for a 1/3 basketball court and some path design. i have left over bricks from the build to hopefully enable a small bbq area. the scale will depend on the quote.
