Planning to get Decking done with Roof done in my backyard. Approx 9.5x3.5m. Height from floor around 1.1m so it levels up with house floor. Preference is Merbau decking with Posts with stirrups on concreting footing. 2 Sets of staircase. Need drawing and council permit as well. Size might change as per approval.
